Paul Parkes

Paul provided a first class service for a recent flat sale for me. He kept me well informed, provided good advice, was timely and worked through the transaction effectively and efficiently. It was relatively straight forward, although the managing agent for the development was a pain for Paul to deal with, but he got it all done to my timetable.
First class and would recommend.

Paul Parkes carried out residential conveyancing work for us. Straight forward, down to earth advice at a fair price, with a personal touch. Would happily recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service - Highly recommend

We worked with Paul on the purchase of our first house. We couldn't recommend him highly enough and he'll be our first call if we ever need to buy or sell a property again.

Paul was always quick to respond to our queries and was proactive in chasing everyone to keep things moving along.

Essentially Paul made the whole process of buying our first home as easy at it could be.

Thanks again Paul!

Fantastic Service

I needed to have my ID verified for a legal matter which has caused me a lot of stress. I dealt with Paul in the firm. He was very professional, friendly and down to earth. The fees were very reasonable too. The firm has a friendly, person centred culture. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I would certainly go there again in the future.

An Exemplary Service

My conveyancer Paul was exemplary at his role and the service that I received from him and Faith Williams Law in general, was top notch.

They were very well priced, but always went above and beyond to help make the process of selling my property nothing but a breeze. All calls answered, no matter when I called. Regular updates sent to me, so that I was always aware of the status of the sale. Any issues raised by the buyers solicitor were dealt with in timely order. Always polite, efficient and professional, I will always go back with regard to any future property purchases / sales and would highly recommend them to anyone, including close friends and family. What higher recommendation could I give.

An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Thank you Paul / Faith Williams Law!

Amazing service

I spoke to Paul Parkes (Conveyancing) on the phone and asked him to quote for a house purchase which he did instantly, and which came in cheaper than others had quoted.
The whole purchase from instruction to completion was done in around 7 weeks, which I found was very refreshing compared to others who only do things in their time, and at their pace. Everything was done extremely well and Paul is also very prompt with messaging and queries.
The service is the very best I've received for many years and I would definitely recommend Paul.

I needed proof of signing my house over. Due to Covid most solicitors wouldn't do this as the job wasn't costly but these seen me within days as I was desperate for someone to witness this. Very nice professional lovely ladies, will definately be using them again.
