Lucy handled my case with professionalism and courtesy. She offered excellent advice and talked me through the process, checking that all my paperwork and certificates were in order before serving a Section 21 notice on my tenant. When the tenant failed to move out she promptly, on my instruction, applied to the court for a Possession Order, which was granted.
The costs are very reasonable for the work undertaken.
