Please be aware that similar services are offered on-line by Bailiffs and Landlords and Estate Agents who are not legally qualified and cannot issue Court proceedings or conduct a court case for you. All they can do is serve the initial notice and thereafter pass the matter to a firm of Solicitors of their choice causing delay and lack of continuity. I have used this firm twice for tenancy eviction and they have been great and a one to one. They do things in stages and take payment as they do things which is good for me.

Gaining Possession of a Rented Property
Lucy handled my case with professionalism and courtesy. She offered excellent advice and talked me through the process, checking that all my paperwork and certificates were in order before serving a Section 21 notice on my tenant. When the tenant failed to move out she promptly, on my instruction, applied to the court for a Possession Order, which was granted.
The costs are very reasonable for the work undertaken.
