Kathryn completed the conveyancing when I sold my home in Rothley in May 2022. I rented for over a year then bought my new home in Wiltshire to be closer to my son and grandson. I had no hesitation in instructing Kathryn for the purchase, though it was a long distance away. She is professional and very efficient but friendly and welcoming too. She was very prompt in all communications and I was never concerned throughout both transactions.

Kathryn Goddard (formerly Kathryn Dowding) is the sole principal of Dowding Solicitors which started in April 2017 in Barrow upon Soar in Leicestershire and moved to its current office in Sileby Leicestershire in September 2019. Before starting Dowding Solicitors, Kathryn worked for a number of local firms working from Loughborough, Syston, Birstall, Anstey and Barrow upon Soar. Dowding Solicitors seeks to offer a personal and friendly service with the convenience of an office outside of the large towns.
