Called out of hours at very short notice. Listened to my issue and gave me immediate advise and provided a solicitor the same day.
All done through legal aid so no change to me. Followed up with a call to discuss the outcome.
Hopefully will never need again but if I do would definitely reuse.

Kally let me down so much I told him two weeks in hand that I was due to have a police interview and that I need him to attend he assured me that he would be there and days before the interview he assured me that he will be there but when I attended the interview Kally was not there and I was confused and they sent me a consultant solicitor who I didn't know who she was and I had never met before Kally didn't even warn me that he would sent someone else and that I should trust that person he didn't even tell me I was so confused Kally you let me down so much Kally I couldn't believe it why not let me know you would send someone else if it wasn't going to be you there Kally why I didn't know that woman and I had never met her how can I trust her
