I was involved in a legal battle with my sister over my late mother's estate for over a year. Even though I knew my sister had behaved in a secretive, underhand manner regarding mother's Will I was getting nowhere. I couldn't find a solicitor who would take on my case; the estate, valued at £200,000 was considered not worth their trouble.
I was about to give up and concede defeat when I put out a final appeal to solicitors online. To my absolute joy Adam Draper answered my call and for the first time I found myself talking to someone with empathy who genuinely wanted to help.
Rather than bullying me into signing instruction letters with daunting costs, he advised me that it would be better to send off one or two emails; to 'have a little punt', as he put it, adding that he would inform me of all costs as we went along, and I could stop the process at any moment.
Remarkably, having found a potential problem with the trust aspect of my mother's Will, and after sending only two emails, my sister's solicitors had to concede to the extensive knowledge of Rothley Law and agree to a new distribution of the Will, now more in line to what I had originally expected.
Not only this, but it was also agreed that Rothley Law's fees would come out of the estate and not my own pocket.
I can truly say that the day I answered the call from Adam Draper I struck gold. I sincerely could not have asked for a better outcome. Adam Draper and Hollie Richardson, whose capable hands Adam entrusted my case to, have rekindled my faith in the British justice system.

My opinion of Rothley Law is now at the level of a shonky 2nd hand car dealer. They charge excessively and only considered themselves in working for clients. Had I received possible scenarios and all possible eventualities about how the case may or could go. What was considereal by Rothleys to be a strong case all the way through and unaffected by my residence outside the UK turned out to be completely incorrect a fact that they would have been aware of from the beginning and had I been aware at the start I would not have entertained continuing with my claim

Adam Draper and his team won my case in court what a fantastic team they are, i was fighting my case originaly with another company but i knew they were not doing me any favours tryed to force me to do something that i felt was not right in the end i took some advice and was pointed in the direction of Adam Draper the best thing i did was move to him i was in limbo for a while due to change over solicitors but it was the best thing i did, i got the best support and expertise Adam and his team could give, always there for me even out of hours, it was a stressfull time but i always got the support and in court Adam and his team and my barrister worked so hard for me, forever grateful and i would always recomend Adam Draper and his team.
