The only positive thing is that they are polite in their communications. However, we were assigned a solicitor who worked from home (as they probably all do these days) which turned out to be a justification for her not to print nor phone. They do not read the legal documents they send, but simply limit themselves to forwarding documents back and forth. Several times I ended-up having to decipher the contents on my own as apparently my solicitor had issues with her eyesight!? Several queries we had went unnoticed, which obliged me to phone at which point she appeared to fall from the clouds. At one point I had to contact the Land Registry myself (3 times) to clarify matters she didn't understand! After 3 months of this, we complained to her managers but didn't get anywhere. Not only did we pay the full amount, but GBP100 more than what initially quoted!!! Abysmal service
