Absolutely awful
No communication. No interest in getting anything done on time. Lack of knowledge on case. Keep adding extras onto the bill. Taken more than twice the time it should have for a service where I ended up doing all the chasing. If I could have sacked them I would have.

Lazy to say the least
The only positive thing is that they are polite in their communications. However, we were assigned a solicitor who worked from home (as they probably all do these days) which turned out to be a justification for her not to print nor phone. They do not read the legal documents they send, but simply limit themselves to forwarding documents back and forth. Several times I ended-up having to decipher the contents on my own as apparently my solicitor had issues with her eyesight!? Several queries we had went unnoticed, which obliged me to phone at which point she appeared to fall from the clouds. At one point I had to contact the Land Registry myself (3 times) to clarify matters she didn't understand! After 3 months of this, we complained to her managers but didn't get anywhere. Not only did we pay the full amount, but GBP100 more than what initially quoted!!! Abysmal service

Awful Avoid
Avoid them - awful service - communication appalling and non existent. To complete our Sale and purchase I had to take over and contact all various parties and bodies to gather outstanding documents. No sense of urgency - never replied to emails or phone calls - constantly having to chase - just awful. Lost our Seller and our buyer in the process first time and almost a second time before I stepped in.
Nobody responds to emails or call. Shocking. Please save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere. Absolutely awful.

Slow, no communication
I knew conveyancers had a bad reputation, but these are something else. The sale is dragging on. There is no communication. The other side are saying they are ready to complete, but no one knows what the hold up is and no one will tell me how long they expect it to take. I'm worried I will lose my sale because of these solicitors.

Avoid at all costs
Twelve months in and still not completed. I was given a completion date which has come and gone. I was told all good to go for yesterday, heard nothing and now it seems the conveyancer needs to speak to me about something he agreed with me nearly 4weeks ago. Delay after delay with absolutely no contact. They have cost me thousands. Every poor review you read is correct. I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman.

Worse company I have ever used. Please do not use this firm. I own few properties and never had experiece as bad. This is a typical factory type firm who are risk averse and do not care one bit for client. They do not care if you you sale or purchase goes through because they work off template 'computer says no' type format and do not read your emails. They successfully spooked the lender despite providing all the evidence ensuring our purchase falls through. In the end we got rid of rid of them. Honestly if you have been recommended this firm I would immediately request you to run from it, specially if you see name 'Victoria Keith'. Now back to square one with all credit due to this appaling firm.
