We have a Legal Aid Franchise so are in a position to offer our services on a private or Legal Aid basis, depending on each persons individual circumstances and/or requirements. We frequently represent our Clients in the Magistrates' and Crown Courts. We also have experience of representing Clients at the Court of Appeal. I’ve never been in the position that I found myself in before, they have looked after me every step of the way.
Debbie is a breathe of fresh air, she totally makes you feel at ease (even if it’s not the news you expect.)

Excellent, efficient and reliable.
I was supported by Ishtiaq Sarwar regarding attending a voluntary interview. Ishtiaq handled the entire matter seamlessly from obtaining disclosure, taking instructions and advising accordingly. Ishtiaq's experience was evident throughout the matter. As a result, the matter resulted in No Further Action being taken. I would highly recommend Ishtiaq and the firm's services.

Description
Black and Co is a long established law firm that has since grown into a substantial practice enjoying an excellent reputation among its fellow law practitioners. Our office is located in Earl Shilton, close to a free car park and bus stop. We act for clients in many different Courts and Police Stations, within Leicestershire and further afield.
