It took two years with ridiculous eviction companies, but as soon as Josh came into the picture, we now have possession granted. This eviction was a tad "interesting," but Josh got on to it, and the advocate clearly knew what they were doing. So Thank you, Josh and Team. I highly recommend them. I cant believe the laws in UK are so restrictive to Landlords and all the problems encountered in having a non paying tenant removed, but I have no complaints with Landlord Support, I would have probably been arrested if I had have done it my way. I don't live in the UK and now have decided to sell my properties because of the more restrictive laws that are coming. Its definitely not the place to be a Landlord.
