Over charge for poor service. Kept payment for 4 months before release
They contacted me, they took 4 months after receiving payment from HMRC then took 48% from my tax refund.. they advertise 25% + vat.. rubbish.. it costs you your time to get your payment sent many hours sending emails letter etc..

Scam on PPI tax refund
Stay away awful company, stated that they found in favour of my complaint reference 6F13DE897F1C still no refund £248 or 48% taken. Many complaints, have been looked into by advertising standards and found wanting. Stay away

Money grabbers
Sent 2 email 23.01.2023 and 06.02.2023 , no reply to either , had the cheques sent direct to them from TAX OFFICE, which i did not authorise , refusing to reply and they took 63% as payment , they are refusing to explain how and why they took so much and ignoring all forms of contact

We had no contact with this company but they have applied for a tax refund from HMRC using a forged signature we have reported them to the police. Avoid these criminals

I have been trying to speak with someone by telephone regarding my claim and it is impossible. Not remotely interested in providing good service once they have their fee. Terrible
