Paul Mulderrig wrote of himself,
Citation:
About. I specialise in Personal Injury & Solicitors' Negligence claims. Il am happy to meet clients face-to-face anywhere in England &; Wales and try to offer a genuine personal service. 99% of my clients say they would recommend me to a friend - Dunno what I did wrong to the other 1%!
Dear Paul Mulderrig, we will tell you what the other 1% have a problem with you, but as you can see, it is not 1%.
On 27.02.2023, Paul Mulderrig took on my case for damages for professional negligence as a lawyer, on a No Win No Fee basis, for 25% of the amount of damages., He also provided me with an interpreter, as English is not my native language. He wrote that Joanne Smith and Georgia Sayer would deal with our lawsuit in addition to Paul Mulderrig. Paul Mulderrig informed our former law firm that my claim for damages had materially underperformed and asked them for my material, and we provided Paul Mulderrig with a number of evidence. After that, we tried to contact Paul Mulderrig several times for nearly a year, but he did not respond to emails or phone calls.
After almost a year, Paul Mulderrig sent me an email saying that he would not take on my case on a NoWin No Fee basis because my case was very complicated and because of the language difficulties that all official documents had to be translated for me. He was aware of these when he took up my case. We then asked him to provide me with all documents relating to my case and wrote a review on the pages of Mulderrig Solicitors. The text of the review was as follows, so it can be seen that we only wrote the truth:
"Do not deal with this law firm. Paul Mulderrig took on my case related to professional negligence as a lawyer on a No Win No Fee basis, and he also provided an interpreter for me, as my native language is not English. I called him several times and wrote him an e-mail, but he never answered, and now it has been a year after that he sent me an e-mail saying that he will not take on my case on a No Win No Fee basis, because my case is complicated, and due to language difficulties, all official documents must be translated for me. He was aware of this a year before. During that one year, we handed over a lot of evidence to Paul Mulderrig."
Paul Mulderrig then contacted us within an hour of asking us to delete all reviews and asking for a chance to make things right. Then, after we deleted the reviews, Paul Mulderrig once again broke all promises, again refusing to respond to emails and phone inquiries. Therefore, on 28.05.2024, we wrote an email to Paul Mulderrig, Joanne Smith, Georgia Sayer. We have requested that you let us know when we will be able to hold the online meeting promised by Paul Mulderrig on 04.01.2024 and when he will send our claim to the former law firm. Joanne Smith then wrote us an email letting us know that Georgia Sayer was no longer working with them, which we had not been informed about either, and that Paul Mulderrig was on leave and would contact us as soon as he returned. Paul Mulderrig then contacted us and scheduled an online meeting for 14:00 on 19.06.2024. An hour before the meeting, Paul Mulderrig sent us another e-mail saying that he would not take our case, again claiming that our case was complicated and that all documents needed to be translated for us.
Then, at that meeting, he said that we should not file a lawsuit against our former law firm, close the case, forget about it, move on and live our lives, because our former lawyers have been practicing the profession of lawyer for years. And that no lawyer is allowed to take on my case.
How did Paul Mulderrig think that?
Such an accident at work cannot just be forgotten. Every day I have to live with the consequences of an accident at work:
- I have suffered such serious injuries that my life is shortened as a result of this
- with pains and difficulties
-using the respirator
-that I will soon be bedridden
- vulnerability
- the constant discrimination and humiliation I am subjected to
To live my life, as Paul Mulderrig said, I need money. That is why there is compensation, which my former lawyers deprived me and my family of.
Also, Paul Mulderrig said he didn't want to go to court with me. Then, in the letter he sent, he wrote that it was because of my memory problem.
My memory problem is one of the consequences of a serious accident at work. Paul Mulderrig discriminated against.
Why doesn't Paul Mulderrig want to go to court with me?
-Would everyone in court see that I cannot speak like a healthy person because I suffered such severe brain damage in an accident at work that my right and left hemispheres cannot communicate with each other?
-Or would everyone in court be able to see how disabled I have become?
He said this after admitting that our former lawyers had made mistakes, acted inappropriately, and handled my claim for damages inappropriately. Paul Mulderrig said that in court hearing, the judge would not care what injuries and permanent damage I had actually suffered, that I had become completely incapacitated after a rolled-up blind warehouse door weighing 1500 kg burst on me from a height of 6-7 m, supported only by a damaged bolt. After that, I was resuscitated three times, I was in a coma for 9 days, I suffered a serious permanent spinal injury, I suffered severe brain damage that would require me to use a respirator for the rest of my life because without it my breathing stopped, my spleen was removed, I suffered several rib fractures that pierced my lungs, my left shoulder and shoulder blade were shattered, etc. So Paul Mulderrig says the judge doesn't care. At the meeting, Paul Mulderrig was surprised several times when we talked about the evidence we gave him, we think he hasn't looked at it in the last 16 months.
He was aware that we did not have several important documents, as our former law firm did not provide them to us upon repeated requests, such as court documents, so we do not know whether our former lawyer submitted the documents of the claim for damages to the court after the accident at work.
He didn't even ask the previous law firm for these.
So Paul Mulderrig took a total of 16 months out of our Professional Negligence case.
You know very well that the former law firm ruined us, forced us to accept an unacceptably low compensation. If I hadn't accepted, they wanted me to pay nearly £200,000 in legal fees, even though they were working on a No-Win-No-Fee basis. They portrayed the English court as corrupt and biased, claiming that they would not make a favourable decision for me in any way, and that I would still have to pay fees and get into debt because of it. Thus, we do not have money to pay attorneys' fees. In principle, this is why there would be the No-Win-No-Fee option.
It seems that lawyers today are not interested in justice and justice, but rather in money. They do not help those who need it most.
They know that we have two minor children who have been deprived of everything that a healthy father can give his children and that they would have experienced as children in a healthy family.
Do not use.

On 27/02/2023, Paul Mulderrig took on my professional negligence claim for damages, on a No Win No Fee basis, for 25% of the damages, and also provided an interpreter for me, as my mother tongue is not English. He wrote to me that Joanne Smith and Georgia Sayer would be handling our claim in addition to Paul Mulderrig. Paul Mulderrig has informed our former law firm that they have substantially underpaid my claim for damages and has asked them for my material and we have given Paul Mulderrig a number of exhibits. We then tried to contact Paul Mulderrig repeatedly for nearly a year, but he did not respond to emails or phone calls.
Then after a year Paul Mulderrig sent an email to me saying that he would not take my case on a NoWin No Fee basis because of the complexity of my case and the language difficulties in having all official documents translated for me. He was aware of these when he took my case. We then asked him to provide me with all the documents relating to my case, and we posted an assessment on Mulderrig Solicitors' website. Paul Mulderrig then contacted us within an hour to ask us to cancel all the reviews and asked for a chance to make things right. Then after we deleted the reviews Paul Mulderrig again broke all his promises, again not responding to emails, phone inquiries. So on 28/05/2024 we wrote an email to Paul Mulderrig, Joanne Smith, Georgia Sayer. He said this after admitting that our former lawyers had made mistakes, had not acted properly, had not handled my claim properly. Paul Mulderrig said that in a court trial the judge would not care about the actual injuries and permanent damage to my health, that I was totally disabled. So Paul Mulderrig says the judge doesn't care about any of that. At the meeting, Paul Mulderrig was surprised at the evidence that we gave him when we talked about it several times, we don't think he's looked at it in the last 16 months.
He was aware that we did not have several important documents because they had not been given to us by our former law firm after repeated requests, such as court documents, so we do not know whether our former lawyer had filed the documents for the compensation claim in court after the accident at work.
He did not even ask for them from the previous law firm.
The former law firm ruined us by forcing us to accept an unacceptably low compensation.
They portrayed the English court as corrupt and biased, claiming that they would not rule in my favour in any way and that I would have to pay fees and get into debt for it, so we have no money to pay legal fees. It seems lawyers these days are not interested in truth and justice, they are more interested in money.
Don't use it.

I contacted them, had 1 email saying we will be intouch soon. No follow up or anything. Waste of time. Since then, I found a good solicitors via rhe SRA who took all the stress away, plus a response is nice. Even if too much work on that solicitors can't do it. Customers hate lazy attitude, as while waiting, they could be getting help.
