Probate under stressful circumstances
We live abroad and were appointed executors of a dearly departed sister's will. As we were also the only beneficiaries and, whilst mourning, had also to deal with disposal of a property and all her belongings, the task was overwhelming and we needed both practical help and emotional support. The fact that Vincents stated that communication could be conducted virtually was of primary importance to us. Sarah McCarthy was therefore appointed after an initial Zoom meeting. She took us under her wing and was both empathetic and invaluable in all matters of probate and explaining UK regulations regarding the sale of the property.
