Having experienced very poor, unprofessional, and arrogant treatment from other solicitor firms previously, our time with Vincents has been a breath of fresh air. We were treated with respect at all times, never spoken down to or made to feel like a nuisance. They handled everything with polite and friendly confidence, and kept us very well informed at every stage. I cannot recommend highly enough. The majority of our communication came from Felicity Hardman, and she is a credit to the firm.

Patient, thorough and good value
I've used Vincent's in the sale and purchase of around 7 or 8 houses in the past 5 years. Each time they have been excellent in their approach, thoroughly professional, kept me updated throughout and represented excellent value.
I'm probably not the easiest client and push quite hard at times, but both Jemma and Felicity have been incredibly patient and understanding with me, and I trust them to do a great job every time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

A simple massive thank you wouldn`t be enough...
Jemma and Felicity are one of the greatest teams ever that I've come across.
Really appreciate everything what these two have done. Since day one of the property purchase, everything has been dealt with perfection.
So helpful, I was able to ask many questions without hesitation, both so approachable, was felt so welcome.
Never felt uncomfortable at any point but made me feel like if i was at home.
Was given constant updates through email, phone, etc. Felicity couldn't have done anything more than she already did... just so perfect.
All done so professionally, efficiently

Fantasic service for buying and selling our Property
We were recommended this solicitors (the Penwortham branch) and we are so glad we went with them for buying and selling of our property. From the very beginning Jennifer and Sally were professional and thorough. There was a large chain but they went above and beyond to make it as seamless as possible. Kept us updated throughout and explained everything every step of the way. For the reasonable price we paid we feel they really earned there money and worked really our case. Dont normally do reviews but felt they really deserve the recognition and would strongly recommend.
