I have recently used Parmar & Co as I had an car accident. It was very easy to communicate with Parmar & Co doing a lot via email & e sign made it much easier for me. I have just received my compensation claim and I'm really happy with the result. I would definitely recommend to other people.

I had a claim running with them for almost 4 years, had great service at the start when Idris was my contact, but I'm afraid since his departure their service has been pretty bad. I have had to chase at every juncture, almost hassling to get a response to any email that I sent! Finally got settled almost 4 years to the day, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have to agree with Graham, very poor service, strung me along for two and a half years giving me lots of homework to do ,ignored my instructions on how to proceed with my injury compensation claim then told me my case was not viable and said that they would not proceed any further unless i could stump up ten to twenty thousand pounds to pay them as they would not proceed on a no win no fee base,if i had that sort of money i definately would not be using Parmar & Co in the first place
