Very Slow without confident Information
We used Kudos for dealing with a car accident. I am really not happy with the service. Not enough written information was provided. We have different information over the phone, than what we were told at the end of the case. The settlement took much longer than what it should have been and details of agreements between the third parties were not transparent. I am already waiting from my cheque to be issued from Kudos and it is way past 2 months from the deadline. It has been 3 days and still noone is calling me back. I would definitely not recomend using them.
