House sale and purchase, dealing with a paralegal, had no contact from anyone else and can’t find details of anyone else on their website, she is making lots of mistakes I am having to check her work with a fine tooth comb and she does not provide any advice on contentious areas because she doesn’t know the answer.
Avoid and find a proper solicitor, seems to be overrun with under qualified kids

Property left in will by mother to 3 equal parties. KJD Law only seem to contact one person who does not have any greater say than the others. KJD Law do not communicate with everyone equally, they do not liaise with the other solicitor on the buying side and they do not even check their paperwork. They have now prepared for the sale of this property quoting on all documents with the wrong address.

ID checking app was a joke.
delays and no status updates apart from expecting the customer to follow the work flow on their app.
No clear single point of contact during the house sale process for questions.
Buyers had time constraints which didn't seem to matter to kjd
