Unfortunately, I had to use this law firm around 2 years ago due to an unfortunate incident. Having minimal knowledge of the law/courts this was extremely daunting.

Thank you to the secretary for taking your time to listen to my full case and then passing my details onto another solicitor in a real emergency with a deadline. I so appreciate the help as you went above and what I expected especially when I needed legal aid for a family matter and you do not take cases on family legal aid. Other solicitors would have made me pay as I was desperate.
