Jen was amazing from start to finish with my complex family law issue which dealt with coercive control and domestic violence. I cannot thank Jen and team enough for their professionalism and empathy during this challenging time for my family. Communication and aftercare was excellent. I highly recommend Harrison Drury to deal with all your legal requirements.

Conveyancing of land transaction by Jane Fillis

We could not be more happier and grateful for the expert advice and resulting conveyancing transaction completed on our behalf by Harrison Drury & co. In Particular, Jane Fillis deserves a special mention for the outstanding and pleasant manner in which she communicated , advised and conducted our transaction, many times out of office hours.

Not good

Harrison Drury acted for me in the purchase of a property for use as a short term holiday let, the most important aspect of this process being to ensure that the property could be utilised as a holiday let. Harrison Drury failed in this regard.

Following the transaction another legal firm advised me, in the context of planning law; leasehold restrictions and so on a competent solicitor should never have allowed their client to buy this property knowing the intended use as a holiday let.

Harrison Drury failed to properly interpret the legal context or provide the correct advice and this lack of due diligence or basic understanding of the context created a huge amount of stress and anxiety.

Disregard for GDPR

Harrison Drury provided my personal details to a 3rd party without my permission or knowledge. I made a complaint to them and they had the audacity to say that because they are solicitors, that have special privileges to breach an individuals personal data. The ICO guidance disagreed.

Harrison Drury recently acted for me on both my property sale and onward purchase. Wendy was a pleasure to deal with, she made everything so easy and kept me up to date throughout the whole process.
She was always available for questions and dealt with things thoroughly professionally and very efficiently meeting all deadlines.
Thank you Wendy, I really appreciated all your hard work and will definitely head in your direction in the future!

I was lured into the trap from an exiting solicitor within another firm as this solicitor started employment with HD private massages and calls thinking she was a friend but lured me in. All the time it was sell sell do this do that due to ill health i could not even think correctly then when i end my time with HD as a client a bill turns up saying i asked them to work for me on my behalf within a family matter and i never did but only at the end did they send there client care letter asking me to sign please avoid these people they are good people out there helping fathers of young children this frim would rather keep working into your weaknesses to strive above financially of course. anyone know how to put voice messages to this to show how they act I recorded all the phone calls well my phone did legally i cannot use this evidence but who shot the messenger Updates to follow ............
