Becky Hilton has been so professional and helpful keeping me well informed and dealing with the delays caused by others. She was also very patient with me ensuring, as a 77 year old lady, that I understood all I needed to know. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly which helped me enormously. This included the solicitor who visited me at home and also Kristian who was the initial contact. Thank you all, for being a very helpful and efficient organisation.
