Worst company ever used in the last 10 years after deal with many sold and purchased properties. Paid them one and half they did nothing. Never sent me client letter never asked me any info. Don’t know who is buyer who is my lender. Don’t bother to ask seller’s pack from seller’s solicitor. I emailed general office few times no one replied me. After I paid 1 and half month I don’t even know who is my solicitor who should I contact with directly. I asked for refund they refused because they called they opened files in fact nothing has been done. If I didn’t chase up it would never completed within my mortgage offer expire date. They totally forgot about my case, I will take further action. I am not happy to pay for your guys mistake. You guys didn’t do any job and I have to pay the fee!!! I have to find a new solicitor after 1 and half month offer has been agreed and pay money to my new solicitor and rush them to complete the deal before my offer end.
