I found the experience and journey overall to be positive. I will say I didn't enjoy being the one to chase for updates or not being contacted when promised - whether that was due to them being busy or whatever. I was able to get through to someone even if it was the reception or assistant, so communication was good. Josh was the one who dealt with my sale and again overall experience was positive.
