Emma made the legal side of the sale of our house a lot easier than previous sales I've experienced. The language used in communications was straightforward, without legal jargon. Gillian and David provided friendly, no-nonsense advice and assistance form start to finish. The house sale completed well within the predicted time frame and David kept me informed of all events as and when they occurred. I felt very secure in the knowledge that both Gill and David knew exactly what they were doing, were always at the end of the phone or even in the office if I wanted to drop in. Highly recommend.

Questions were answered promptly. At all stages we were kept informed and the tight schedule was adhered to.
I recently needed some advice on a tricky flat purchase and was put through to a partner who was able to quickly advise me.
