There is one super solicitor in this practice but I have been passed from pillar to post and ignored. The rest of them are a right shower. I have been passed from pillar to post for what should be a simple job concerning the Land Registry, which has taken a very long time, still is not completed, and I am basically being told a pack of lies, whilst using the pandemic as an excuse for sheer incompetence. I needed this simple job completing quickly for the good solicitor to carry on with the case. Trying to get hold of someone to complain and get a return of important documents is impossible. I will be getting rid of them asap and would not recommend this practice for anything to anyone. For the review to work I have given 1 star but rate them as no stars at all.
After a phone call from some solicitor supervisor who sounds very young. It looks as if this review has shaken him and it really is a shame that it's taken this to actually get a phone call from someone who has obviously not looked into the files before deciding to ring me. It is enlightening to get a phone call from this practice, it certainly makes a change from nothing however the content of the call is disappointing. His attitude is one of threatening to sue me for slander and all sorts of things and tried to put me on trial for getting my facts wrong. It did not take me long to get under his skin, when in fact he should have come with a completely different attitude and believe it or not I would have listened. It proves that this "shower" has I have described them are simply self serving and could not care less about the client, the case or in particular the client's well being. He started to go on about checking the bill and charging me and all sorts of nonsense.
I can assure the whole world the bill is up to date and was or is in credit.
I have ordered this man to prepare the file including important documents and arrange for them to be returned to me.
I have and will be speaking to the Police if the documents are not returned to me, reporting this as theft and will gladly see this practice in court if that's what it comes to.
The person who rang me, in my considered opinion, is a young inexperienced, immature solicitor and I would love to know what his court experience, if any is. He is a supervisor and a solicitor, what next!

Critical: Professionalism
I have been ignored by this firm stephen parr. They have agreed refund of funeral charges and wake and ignore to make payment. My fathers ashes cant be laid to rest 3 years on from his passing they have agreed memorial payment but ignore to deal with issues... unprofessional and distressing for me and the family. They dont care.
awful to deal with. I have reported them to Solicitors regulation authority and Legal Ombudsman. They upset families please take note to this review and save distress
