We were recommended Acklam Bond solicitors by the estate agent handling the sale. After researching other companies we decided upon Acklam Bond based upon price, locality and an initial phone call to gauge our 'Gut' feeling about the company. We can say that we have been advised and informed throughout the process in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.

Any queries we raised were answered promptly and accurately and we were kept informed as to progress regularly. Basically everything you hope for in a solicitor, in the handling of a house sale, was carried out by them. we can happily recommend, based upon our experience, Acklam Bond to represent clients in conveyancing.

Thanks to Julie and Leah for your handling of the sale, you made it easier for us to complete.

Complaint Handling Procedure

Complaint service provided by Acklam Bond Solicitors so disgusting, necessitated a legal ombudsman follow-up, after waiting nearly 6 months to be dealt with! Needless to say, I wont be recommending this company. Legal Ombudsman Case No. F014189E, resolution date 12 Nov 2019. Upheld my complaint in connection with their complaint handling service.
