Wrights did a wonderful job on a recent property purchase. Being the property was a flat, with a number of other proprietors, there was significant complexity in understanding all of the deed requirements relative to owners. Wrights helped successfully navigate those waters, and conclude with a purchase property that was highly beneficial.
