Using freelands and especially Wendy Mcteir who did all our work in buying our new home has been amazing so on the ball and efficient and fast to respond keeping us in the loop at all times wonderful thank you I would highly recommend Wendy and freelands 11 out of 10 supper work ethic we can’t thank you all enough I’ll definitely be using them in the future a company like this is hard to find great job thanks again all the very best Steve and Harry x

Our appointment was with Caitlin Gilbert. From our first meeting, Caitlin explained everything to both myself and my partner in terms we could easily understand and was always very responsive when we had questions. Caitlin is extremely knowledgeable and was highly sensitive to our situation. We came away from our first appointment feeling very reassured, positive and with an overall sense of “Caitlin got the jist of the situation. She will sort this for us” And that she did! The legal documents were in place in no time at all.
Throughout the case Caitlin would herself or have Morgan her secretary
‘check in' with us and make sure we knew what was happening at all times.

I had reason to swear an affidavit, remotely, from another country, in front of Caitlin Gilbert today. I provide support to one of Ms. Gilbert’s clients who is going through a difficult personal situation, fraught with anxiety. At my initial enquiry/appointment with Solicitor, Caitlin Gilbert, the Guardianship process was clearly explanined. Thereafter, I agreed to engage Caitlin to present the application to the Court and that basically was all I had to do from a legal standpoint. The Court process is not quick but I was kept informed throughout. When the order was granted then began the full interaction with the OPG. There was an omission in the initial Gurdianship Order which was soon rectified. There were also a few issues unrelated to to the order which were handled swifty by Caitlin and the office staff. Caitlin was always at the end of an email if I had any questions or queries the needed explaining. A first class service throughout.
