I recently purchased my first property and DA Milligan & Co. were my conveyancing solicitors. They were incredibly proactive, responsive and efficient. The paralegal, Eileen, communicated regularly, explained the process well and managed to expediate the process to meet a tight deadline. Would recommend to others looking to purchase their first home.

Mr Milligan is the most professional Solicitor that I have used for conveyancing. When I have him very short timescales for the sale of my house and even shorter for purchasing another property he worked very hard so that both came together at the same time. I would highly recommend D A Milligan & Co as they were very professional throughout and very thorough.
