We sought assistance from Buss Murton Law when our freeholder was in breach of their leasehold obligations, thus we were all in breach of contract. From the outset, the team demonstrated a deep understanding of the law and provided us with clear, practical advice tailored to our situation.

Richard was prompt in his responses, thorough in his communication, and took the time to explain developments at every stage. His professionalism instilled confidence, and his proactive approach ensured the issue was resolved efficiently within months. Thanks to his efforts, our Management Company has been restored, we have our shares in the company along with ownership of the freehold, and our previous landlord finally resigned.

We are now looking forward to a brighter future and would highly recommend Buss Murton Law to anyone facing similar challenges.

While attempting to sell my parents house, it came to light that I needed retrospective probate for my late father, who had died over 6 years ago. Suffice to say this was not straightforward and we were warned by the Probate office it could take 22 weeks! Lucy at Buss Murton suggested I write to my MP and assisted me in drafting a letter. Which did the trick! We got probate inside 10 weeks, which saved the sale of the house. Lucy's help was much appreciated and I would highly recommend her probate services.

Unfortunately, my experience of the firm's probate department is that in the course of administering an estate with a simple will over 6 months, they have no progress to report, are reluctant to provide any updates (I have yet to have any substantial update on the execution of a will in 6 months), and communications fall into a black hole. I have worked in the legal industry for over a decade and have never had this experience with any law firm nor known anyone to have this level of poor service.
