Was looked after very well - didnt feel like I was just another case, and they were happy to answer any questions. At the start of the proceedings, I did feel a bit lost and "buried my head in the sand" - but I wasn't pressurised into plowing ahead, but they did keep an eye on me and once I'd sent in all the relevant documents, they did keep me updated.

Very polite and profession and very clear with her advice and anything I didn’t understand, she would help explain in another way. My case took almost a year to resolve. Even with the time passed i did not end up getting the treatment for physiotherapy i required and was forced to accept a settlement.
Lee Champion was dealing with my case he had made a lot of excuses even mentioned to me on an email "I have more important clients to deal with such as court hearings" i have never come across such a rude and unprofessional company in my life. I would avoid at all cost. I still require treatment for my physiotherapy which I need to pay from my own pocket.
