A disappointing experience
This review is for a different branch.
After the harrowing experience of my daughter's death,I did not wish to go through the probate procedure myself.My wife was an ex employee of Girlings so was happy to put the business in their hands.This was not a wise move.The first contact was difficult to get hold of and seemed to have done very little after a year when he disappeared - did he jump or was he pushed.We did finally get a settlement after what i thought an inordinately long time however.then an overlooked account came to light which is now being dealt with. I am now convinced that with the aid of the internet I could have done a quicker job-I do not know about cost as I never received an account
