Disappointing
Made an appointment several weeks ago for today. Turned up on time and sat and waited nearly 20 minutes. Decided to leave as no idea how much longer we would have to wait. No apology from solicitor.

Brilliant service right from the start to the end.

Debbie Chester is super amazing, efficient, great communicator. She always reponds to enquiries quickly. She kept me involved in decisions throughout the process from strat to finish, answered all my enquiries with speed. I would definately use her again if I moved again. Also, her PA Chloe always followed my instructions and supported me with an update each time I called. It was even better service as I could alwys speak direct with Debbie who always returned my email enquiries and calls almost immediately.

Conveyance of late mother's property
