Lauryn and Phoebe were very helpful and informative. Their communication was great. Only gave 4 stars as even though they were communicating over email but they were not good on picking up phone calls which was quite frustrating at times. Overall, I would recommend this firm again!

I appointed Owen Paolo when buying a shared ownership property and primarily liased with the Resales specialists Lucy Owen and Caroline Young- I had an excellent experience with both of them and would highly recommend! No question felt too big or too small and I always trusted that they would respond in a timely manner. Any time I chased for updates, I could rely on them to respond promptly and professionally to let me know where things had got to and what the next steps were. They explained the many steps of the process clearly and were also honest with me about timescales from the start and throughout, which I really appreciated. My particular transaction ended up being very complex and it really helped knowing that Caroline and Lucy were on the case with all the complicated details and would action my many requests for more information from the other parties involved.

We have seen resales and staircasing grow from a bi-product of new build shared ownership conveyancing, into a major part of the industry and we are extremely proud to be the only firm in the country solely specialising in these particular types of conveyancing.
