Good service for buying a resale home

You provided a good service. You were always on top of all issues much better than the seller’s solicitor. The solicitor’s assistant was particularly helpful and answered all queries. The due diligence was done at pace. I felt that the seller’s solicitor was not as good as you and we had to navigate this situation as this created delays. You were patient dealing my specific circumstances and queries.

Seamless experience

Dealing with Lauryn and Phoebe made the process of selling and buying so easy. They are a great team and I cannot praise them enough. The solicitors working for the seller in my chain were awful and made me appreciate Owen Paulo even more

Navigating shared ownership with care and efficiency

I had an excellent - if protracted through no fault of Owen Paulo or myself- experience. I sold my own shared ownership flat with Owen Paulo as well as employing them on my purchase of another shared ownership property in the same town. This all took over a year and involved several near misses and some complexities with the housing associations involved but at all times I was kept informed and when I requested additional information to mitigate my growing anxiety, they responded with kindness (I am registered blind and can get rather anxious about accessing documents etc.) They also quoted me the best rates and are, I believe, great value for money! I would especially like to thank Katie Day whom I called several times for advice and informaiton when things got a little closer to the finish line. She was always happy to give me that extra time and it made a big difference to my experience of the end process and of course, Laura, Hannah, Christina and all the team. I will definitely be calling on you in future!

Pleasant, efficient experience

I got recommended Owen Paulo’s way after a previous solicitors company couldn’t complete. Owen Paulo from the swap was significantly more efficient and swifter to reply. This made me experience a lot less stressful.

I appointed Owen Paolo when buying a shared ownership property and primarily liased with the Resales specialists Lucy Owen and Caroline Young- I had an excellent experience with both of them and would highly recommend! No question felt too big or too small and I always trusted that they would respond in a timely manner. Any time I chased for updates, I could rely on them to respond promptly and professionally to let me know where things had got to and what the next steps were. They explained the many steps of the process clearly and were also honest with me about timescales from the start and throughout, which I really appreciated. My particular transaction ended up being very complex and it really helped knowing that Caroline and Lucy were on the case with all the complicated details and would action my many requests for more information from the other parties involved.
