After severe disappointment with a previous firm, I found Bond Joseph to be a breath of fresh air. The solicitors were easy to get hold of - not guarded by a secretary or call centre - and ready to give advice and answer questions. Lainy Snook handled my court hearing and was very thorough in pinning down a tricky legal question so that I could make informed decisions. I felt I was in good hands and would definitely use this firm again.
