I cannot in good conscience recommend the Dispute Resolution team at Girlings Ashford and have unfortunately needed to contact the Legal Ombudsman concerning the poor level of service provided. Girlings have provided a written apology and offered compensation.

They never communicate with you, They fail to answer emails or return phone calls. Expect you to carry out actions where as executors it is their job. Seem to look down on you and basically they dont care. Terrible form.

Used Girlings to resolve a family situation . I found that Curtis Wray was very knowledgeable and kept me informed during the process and was prompt to answer any questions regarding processes involved .
