Brodies provided legal support after the death of our daughter in relation to residency of our grandson whose father lives oversees. The service provided was of the highest standard, we were kept informed at all times of the progress as the case proceeded. Both Sarah (Lilley) and Eildh (Mcritchie-Conacher) listened to our concerns, gave us guidance and support throughout the whole process. The outcome of this case was positive due to the work, commitment and empathy provided by Brodies. We would recommend Brodies to anyone, their professionalism is exemplary.

This firm has been handling my late father's estate for over 5 years. I am a beneficiary. I was unhappy with their handling of the estate and with fees charged. I complained to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission. The SLCC investigated complaints about service issues. They determined that the firm had provided an inadequate professional service to their clients and had charged for unnecessary work. I received some compensation from the firm and the firm had to refund some fees. The Law Society of Scotland are now investigatin complaints I have made about the conduct of some of the solicitors dealing with the matter.
