I employed them to defend me against allegations, a local authourity made against me under animal welfare act. I entered not guilty pleas to all summonses. At that point in law I was entitled for FULL disclosure of evidence from the prosecution. They failed to reveal this ‘secondary material.’ Incredibly vale solicitors then ALSO failed me as they did not ask for this disclosure. Which was my legal right.
Had disclosure been made I would have been able to maintain my Not Guilty pleas.
This solicitor completely and irreversibly racked my personal and profession life, with no accountability.
