As a dual citizen, I found Ms Zoe Sivelle to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in crafting a WIll and P of A for me, which took into account the problems and complications of dual citizenship.

Daljit Dale (Conveyancer) was excellent!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Taylor Walton when purchasing my first property. The general communication, thoroughness, and responsiveness from my Conveyancer, Daljit Dale, was exceptional, which certainly helped to alleviate the stress of the process. She was also extremely reassuring and supportive when I was faced with the Vendor's Estate Agent applying unnecessary and unwarranted pressure over exchange and completion dates. I would highly recommend Daljit, and should I be buying or selling a property again in the future, I will be sure to seek out her services again. Thank you!

Professional service but communication could have been better.

Communication could have been better. On several occasions I had to chase the solicitor for updates on our sale & purchase. In fairness our transactions took place during the holiday period but TW need to look at their coverage during these periods. On a positive note both my solicitor and her assistant were a pleasure to deal with and when we were nearing exchange & completion they pulled out all the stops to ensure that our move was completed without any delays.

Samina and Anne are the dream team!

It is not often that you enjoy the conveyancing process of moving house, which is always more complex than you hope it to be, but our experience with Taylor Walton and specifically Samina and Anne made it much easier to cope with. Samina and Anne make a wonderful team, kept us fully informed, and where a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you fancy keeping your sanity and sense of humour intact!
