We came across Debenhams Ottaway as they were the conveyancing firm for the buyers of our house. The person acting for the buyers detected that there our title was defective. Neither the law firm we used to purchase the house, nor the ones we were using for the sale, had identified the issue. The sale fell through. While we were devastated we could see that the person at Debenhams Ottaway was the only person who was technically competent. We engaged Debenhams Ottaway to help us correct the issue. Our lawyer went above and beyond and was always extremely patient and polite.
