Karen Harding … Worked tirelessly to complete our buy to let property sale , due to many problems from the buyers side . Also many issues from the managing agents with ground rent issues . Karen managed to complete our sale before Christmas, as the sale situation was becoming impossible to complete and exchange . Everytime she moved forward another issue would come up , not known to us . Well done Karen , an unbelievable effort and we can’t thank you enough . Really don’t think she will forget this sale in a hurry ?.

From our first meeting with Chris Lucas and his colleagues they made us feel at ease. Chis was both professional and diligent in explaining what our options were for new Wills, and following our meeting he he explained in writing what the new draft documents meant. Once we were happy with everything, we met with Chris once again an he took us through each step in the process of signing everything. He made what was a complicated process straightforward and easy.

I have been working with Debenham Ottaway consistently for over ten years. On this occasion, we liaised with Elton Morina to complete a complex transaction involving refinancing, realigning title deeds, sales of parcels of land and promotional agreements for our Limited company. Elton and his team kept us informed at all times. Elton and Kristos dealt with everything promptly, smoothly and professionally. Communications were excellent and we were kept informed at all stages. All our questions were answered quickly and in the right level of detail. Every effort was made to make it a stress-free experience, which was much appreciated. From the beginning, the Debenhams Ottaway team have been friendly, professional and approachable. They give me great advice and support.
