We were established in 2013 by Jane Hepburn and Rebecca Delaney. After 5 successful years together, Jane took the decision to retire from full time practice. Matthew Delaney then joined the practice and has worked with Rebecca since 2018 to continue to grow and develop the company.
The mission of the firm is to build a niche practice, with excellence and integrity at its core. Our focus has been on growing a team of lawyers who have expertise in Children Law, Family and Divorce Law with a specialism in financial remedy and asset protection following separation, and Inheritance Law through Will drafting, Probate and Estate Administration and Wealth preservation planning.

What started out as a local venture, servicing clients in Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire, has grown into a practice that caters for clients throughout the 3 counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, as well as London and further afield.
