We purchased a property via Ashtons Estates Agent and they recommended Taylor Walton LLP at Harpenden. Right from the very beginning and the first telephone conversation and through to completion, we found TW to be professional, courteous, helpful and very efficient. It is a breath of fresh air and we will not hesitate to recommend TW at Harpenden to our friends and family. Big thank you to our solicitor Stephanie Alexander and her secretary Shirin Begum and everyone at TW LLP for looking after us for the purchase of our dream retirement home!

Buying and selling

I was not very experienced in buying and selling property, but my confidence increased considerably directly as a result of the clear communication and advice and continuous updating particularly by Dawn Dagger and also by Sharon MacKenzie who explained the whole process to me earlier on.

I particularly appreciated their willingness to chase other parties who were being slow - that helped to offset a lot of the frustration with what can be a very complex and difficult process, as so much of it is out of one`s control.

Excellent service!

We approached Taylor Walton LLP to handle our sale and purchase after a very bad experience with a different solicitor, which had set us back by six weeks — and what a breath of fresh air it was! Excellent communication, quick turnaround, and incredible patience in answering all our questions. I can’t thank Taylor Walton enough, especially Dawn, Tricia, and Sharon. I’ll definitely be recommending them, and they’ll be my go-to solicitors from now on.

First home buyers

This was our first time buying a property.
Naturally we had very little idea of how the process would be.
We started our journey with Tricia and then Sharon, who always tried to reassure us and explain to us in detail all of our doubts and questions.
Despite being a long process, where we were met with some challenges, Sharon always found a solution and kept us in the loop.
Most of all, we are forever grateful to Dawn who was amazing through the whole process.
Incredibly kind and helpful, who always had nice and reassuring things to tell us when we needed it the most.
Thank you Dawn!
