Terrible Customer Service
Throughout the conveyancing work, the solicitor was rude and dismissive and implying that our phone calls were an inconvenience to him. The professional charges initially quoted for were £1100.00 and then increased to £1300.00, within the completion period and albeit this was in the terms and conditions with a substantial amount of other paperwork to sign, it WAS NOT highlighted.
We hand delivered important paperwork, only to be told that it was not required by a receptionist, who may not have had the experience to cover this position, and we then had to urgently take all the documentation again to the office.
