Writing of Wills

Having put off writing our wills for years, we decided to use the will writing service in conjunction with supporting St Michaels Hospice in Basingstoke - a hospice that we have personal experience with.
It was much easier than we had anticipated and the help and advice we received was well explained and very clear. Wish we had done it sooner.

First time buyers

Can’t thank Trish and Jakki at Phillips Law for making our first experience of buying a house smooth and stress free. Despite there being several delays with the build, they persevered and kept pushing for us right through to completion. They acted on everything and I firmly believe we wouldn’t have persevered through the delays if it wasn’t for them keeping the whole process so calm.

Sale and Purchase of Houses

The entire firm, from Reception onwards, seemed to be relaxed, helpful and welcoming whilst at the same time being modern, efficient and professional.
As a former solicitor myself, I particularly valued your the long experience and level temperament of Jon Coles who acted for me. He dealt calmly with my sometimes excessive worries about the property transactions in hand which were not entirely straightforward..

Excellent Solicitors - highly recommend

We have used Phillips Law to buy and sell a property over the past year, and have had a wonderful experience. Reemin and Symone have both been excellent in their communication and in helping us secure our recent house. They have been very responsive and reassuring and have gone the extra mile. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for the brilliant service.

Exemplary from start to finish!

The whole process was excellent and highly efficient. Symone and her assistant Reemin were thoroughly professional, calm, sensible and always responded speedily. Having bought and sold many houses over the years this was without doubt one of the best examples of professional conveyancing I have experienced. I will be recommending Phillips to all my friends! Many thanks.

After the passing of my dad last October we have been looked after by Sian Lias. Sian has been excellent & made the difficult job of probate so easy. I am so grateful that Sian was able to deal with everything so I didn't have to. I would definitely recommend Phillips Law. Thank you.

Recently sold a property and had the privilege of having Catherine Killeen as my solicitor. Catherine was professional and fast from the moment we started and achieved the time frame I asked for completion, actually the money from the house sale came to me before the arranged time. Great communication with same day responses usually within an hour, made to feel at ease throughout the whole process and I'd be very happy working with Catherine again on future buys and sells. I'd highly recommend
