Positive Re-mortgage experience

Our fixed interest rate came to an end and Collingbourne Hennah Law was recommended to us by the broker, I think, not sure. Having never worked with them, we were surprised on how professional and quick they were. They are using an app where we could see all notes and updates, so we were informed of each milestone and next steps. Yesterday was completion date and we are very pleased with the whole experience. We worked with Chelsea mainly, and she has been brilliant. The other were great as well. We are now waiting on the Land registry update, and that wouls be the final step, post completion.

Honestly disappointed with the lack of responsibility and professionalism when dealing with my case. I had purchased a property 14months ago, and still waiting for my property to be registered with Land Registry. I am a lettings agent who deals with properties everyday and never have I ever heard or experienced a property take this long to register. No explanation has been provided to explain why this issue has occurred aside from waiting on land registry but, this isn’t the case because it doesn’t take this long. I had contacted land registry myself and have been provided timescales which are no were near what I am currently experiencing. I have emailed on a frequent basis to explain my frustration and it has come to the point were it is impacting my ability to remortgage my property. No urgency to help, especially when I have paid for this service. I would HIGHLY recommend not to use this firm, as no one should go through this.
