Remortgage process
Awful service, use this firm for our remortgage and all I can say is they will not move forward with your case unless you get in touch with them everytime. They don’t call you or chase you for anything.They cost us 2 weeks of delay.. For two weeks I was thinking the case was being handled only to be told when I called for an update they was waiting for my proof of IDs I questioned why didn’t anyone call or chase me for this information and the response was they are very busy, in the mean time my case was passed around to different department so they contact details I had who I thought was my file handler was no longer dealing with my case and told me I would have to contact the new team. Even though they knew they was in error I told them this is now going to cost me as I am the one who paying for the mortgage and service. But there was no apology given or solution that they will prioritise my case. I am still waiting on my case to be completed and this should have been done by the 1st November. But been told completion date is 20th November but not guaranteed. Not professional at all. Don’t normally write bad reviews but don’t want anyone else having the experiences I’ve had.
