Totally usless solicitors unable to close a deal waiting over six months to purchase a property mortgage offer increase three times during this time due to the solicitors not doing their job on time as the first time buyer and property investor I will never use this company again. They have gave me anxiety Please avoid.

Used them for our mortgage transaction (remortgage with transfer of equity). Firstly the system they use to communicate is via an online portal, seems a good idea but not notified of any updates and the use is difficult and very limited. Our mortgage complete in august 2023 a lot later than expected, the didn’t meet the deadline the advised. Sent a bill in the end and gave us 24 hours to pay in full to enable us to complete. We always had to do all the chasing. We are still chasing them to contact our estate management company to send the correct information to them. They have advised that they complied with a restriction to land registry but they haven’t. We have been chasing them ever since to provide evidence to them but they haven’t. Email after email sent, all ignored. Isn’t this meant to be a solicitors? No professionalism. No options but to look at further options. Do yourself a favour and completely avoid. Our mortgage is up for renewal in about 6 months, we still haven’t resolved the current issue.

We recently used this firm for both the sale and purchase of our home, and unfortunately, the entire process was far more stressful than it needed to be. From the start, we were encouraged to use an online portal for all communication and updates, which made it feel impersonal and detached. When we did manage to speak with a solicitor, we were often assigned staff who seemed scripted and lacked the depth of support we were hoping for.
In the final weeks leading up to completion, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. When we did manage to speak directly with someone, we were made to feel as though we were at fault for not asking the "right" questions, adding unnecessary pressure during an already challenging time.
Overall, the lack of clear communication, coupled with the unhelpful responses, made this experience much more difficult than it should have been. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm.
