Selling and Purchase

This is my second time using conveyancer Helen Perkins at Hennah Haywood Law, and I cannot recommend her enough. Rebecca Watson kept me fully informed throughout the process, with prompt replies to my emails and always being thorough and reassuring. Nothing was ever too much to ask. It was another really quick and smooth process for selling and purchasing a house. I will continue to recommend Helen Perkins and Rebecca Watson to friends and family. An impeccable service from start to end. Thank you for all your hard work.

Outstanding Service - Highly Recommend!!

We worked with Suzanne, Rebeca and Tirion and have had an excellent experience. They are the most efficient and friendly solicitors we have ever worked with. They are representing us for a sale of our property and purchase of a new property. They have made us feel like we are the only customers they have which is clearly not the case. Each encounter is personable and meets or exceeds on what we need. Everything has been seemless and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them for any legals needed in the future. Thank you.

First time buyer - flat with no chain

First time buyer of a flat. Took 3 months from start to finish; Ryan and Sophie provided updates often and went about the case with meticulous care and attention. Highly recommended!! (I am also in London and there was no delay considering the distance their office is from me)

Amazingly helpful

I started to the process of buying my house in Mid January and yesterday completed the purchase. And to be honest, I don't even know what I did other than sign a couple of things along the way. To say Hannah Haywood were helpful would be a massive understatement. They have quite literally taken care of everything quickly and efficiently. And anytime I have needed some help understanding things, they have been available to explain in a friendly and approachable manner. Honestly, I cannot rate them or personally thank them enough. Will 1000% recommend to everyone

Communication poor and errors made

Amy picked up our conveyancing half way through the process so I do have to give them some credit for that. However, communication was exceptionally poor throughout and it was all a bit haphazard.
They repeatedly got my name wrong, which was annoying, but worse than that the completion statement they sent across was incorrect, I corrected the errors and then the amended version still hadn't been corrected properly which resulted in their being a shortfall in funds (now corrected).

When the vendor threatened to pull out of the sale due to lack of response, It took me from Thurs to the following Monday to be able to get hold of anyone - the phone answering seems to be outsourced and they simply forward you thorugh to an answerphone. In those circumstances I would expect to be able to speak to someone about this, but complete radio silence.

I know others have had a really good experience looking at the reviews, but personally I would never use them again.
