Appalling and unprofessional !
Just out to make money, exploiting the housing disrepair crisis. Settled my claim when I didn't want to do and they took half my compensation even though they got their costs paid by my housing association! Three months later and still no repairs done, phone them constantly and put 2 complaints in, which they either don't acknowledge or don't do anything about. This has been going on over 12mths, had no shower a constant leak in the kitchen, damp,mould and various other issues. Absolutely disgusting!
