Excellent representation
Victoria was superb both in representation at the police station and in ensuring proper follow up of my case resulting in a charge being reassessed and down graded to a caution. Friendly, highly knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I do not hesitate to recommend Victoria's services.

I’m so grateful for all the help and time put into the case that Tuckers helped me with. Everyone involved - solicitor, paralegal and barrister were all calm, competent and gave my great guidance the whole way.
The result in court wasn’t sugar coated, clearly explained to me, and luckily the best outcome came from it!

Amita Cholia can't even spell 'caseworker'
Amita was too busy sleeping when she was on call when I was detained and ignored the exigency of my medical condition, resigning me to a worse state. She is a really impotent woman who masquerades as a solicitor but has no university degree or qualification whatsoever. She had no idea at what stage the case was at any point and was totaloly impossible with getting a hold of other than when she demanded money. If you want to lose mon ey, freedom, patience, will to live, hire her.
***UPDATE - she is facing strike-off by the SRA and Tuckers Solicitors.

Avoid Mr Aslam, you weren't meant to be sentenced but he'll make sure you're so eased for the first time in nearly 2 years and make sure there's a 2 year weight off your shoulder that where you weren't meant to be convicted which neither the police or NCA wanted but you end up suddenly behaving properly that the prosecution who don't know you see you as convict worthy. Felt planned.
