I accepted offer for compensation reveivedby sds on the 3rd September 2024. But sds will not make the payment to me, sighting that they are negotiating for their own expenses with 3rd party insurance and until this task is completed they will not release my payment to me which is under £600. It feels they are putting their own expenses and not the customer. I have tried numerous timeto speak to a solicitor to discuss my case but keep being through to portal adviser.

First of all, these solicitors have been nothing but hard work. I had an accident 3 years ago and as soon as the mandatory court date came after those 3 years, they practically gave up. In those 3 years I had 3-4 different solicitors as they couldn’t keep one person on the case. This then caused them to misplace information or asked me to send them the same information again and again. Secondly, I had better communication from my dog!!! yet after they cancelled my claim they were extremely quick to send me the bill and even called to make sure I had received the bill which was the most contact I’ve had in the 3 years… I am EXTREMELY disgusted and disappointed with this company and would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Sheldon’s helped sort out everything concerning my claim from providing an immediate like fir like replacement vehicle and getting me the best value and prompt settlement for my cat written off due to the non fault accident. I didn’t need to involve my own insurer and kept my no claims bonus in tact. I would highly recommend Sheldon Davidson Solicitors to anyone who has a non fault accident claim.
