My case was complex and involved a local authority, Throughout the long process, Louise Garner represented my child's best interests whilst balancing them with what I wanted to achieve from the family court. She reassured me when I had my doubts and her council proved she had a complete understanding of the judicial process regarding family law.

Experience with them were awful, when I signed up with them, their own staff members within their own office was telling me how experienced Ms W was in family law. My goodness were they wrong (that’s how they get people to register with them)! It felt like she did not take it seriously, nor did she have any idea of what she was doing. Not very vocal, not good at representing my case at all. Very good at constantly billing me though!
