approached legal HD for help after my landlord ignored my requests for major repairs that needed carrying out aswell as threats of eviction and in my eyes malicious behaviour from staff. the service I received fom legal HD at first felt like I really had someone on my side but throughout the process I was told again and again I had to basically roll over and let the landlord get away with what had been happening as I requested numerous times to Chloe to go all the way to court after they rejected high offers to settle and in the end I've received nothing but more bad repair work and a small amount of compensation settlement money witch I felt I was forced into by the end I just gave up with everything and took what I could get. the customer service definitely needs looking into at legal HD as well as communication as at one point my solicitor went away on holiday and I wasn't notified during witch time I needed to pass info on witch I wasn't able to do untill she got back. I found this very frustrating as I already mentioned my disabilities cause me to over react when things change without notice or on short notice. bottom line you lot won your wages but not my case.

This process was made easy, abbey was very understanding, supportive and kept me up to date with every step of way, I was reimbursed for losses and had my property fixed by landlord with no expense to myself. Highly recommended
