Excellent service by Law and lawyers in dealing with purchase of our first dream home. Special mention to Aasha yadav for her commitment and approachable nature . Talked us through all the process patience several times. Being first time buyer, our knowledge was very minimal about the process. We felt comfortable and confident in Aasha and team . The team completed the whole process within the mentioned time frame .
I would definitely recommend this form to my friends.

I used these for my remortgage - bearing in mind I remortgaged 6 months prior to my end of my current mortgage term - so there was ample amounts of time to sort it. My solicitor was beyond a joke. Rude, unprofessional & incompetent. I was emailed randomly at 5pm the night before my mortgage was due to complete - requesting documents from me! Due to the solicitor not completing everything in time I was charged almost £100 in interest as my mortgage was on SVR for 5 days due to no fault of my own. The solicitors took no responsibility and even charged me £50 to transfer the excess funds of my remortgage due to them remortgaging higher than my actual outstanding term with another bank! I've never been so stressed! The initial mortgage application when I first bought the house wasn’t even this stressful! I have complained and been told they’re investigating but no resolution and now I’ve emailed twice this week and I’ve been blatantly ignored. Avoid these at ALL COSTS!

I had a great experience from law and lawers . My case was my immigration . Through out the process the firm especially mr shiju, who guide us and explained everything about the mistakes i have done during my past stay and how to rectify when I apply this time . He was super confident about the out and i was more than happy with his knowledge in the field of immigration matters . I will highly recommend his services in case of any immigration or other services as they have a great bunch of experts to help you with your case.

Dealt for a conveyancing case last year and except for knowledge of solicitor everything was beyond poor. giving just 2 stars for knowledge of solicitor involved.

You can sense the seriousness of the firm by the mere fact that they told me a day before contract exchange that signed documents are not received by them despite me posting a week ago. Never bothered to confirm or check till the last moment and throwing me into panic as a first time buyer. Absolute nightmare.

To make it even worse, the management company of our leasehold house was not transferred the money to notify of sale post completion. I got to know only 6 months after buying the property while I had paid the money before buying the property. When I explained you have notified party A and not party B involved, solicitor asked me that how is party A related then. I was in arrears of my ground payment by the time I realized and management company had no way to notify and they must be asking the previous owner who couldn't care any less.

The communication all throughout was absolute joke while never responding to mails. I will say avoid if you can.
