I had the pleasure of working with Jen Shackley on the sale of my property, and I can honestly say she was outstanding throughout the entire process. This was not the easiest of completions, with several unexpected challenges along the way, but Jen handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and calm reassurance.

Selling the property after Glaisyers have dealt with the purchase you!

This review is for a different branch.

Glaisyers did the conveyancing to purchase my property. Ten years later when trying to sell the property
and paying leasehold charges for the duration, I discovered the property should have been freehold!! This only came to light after I was nearly £10,000 out of pocket trying to get a leasehold extension. And now, I have just discovered that an error has been made with the area of the property with the Land Registry and further costs will be due. I approached them with my initial complaint and they dismissed it completely, Ross or any of the management would not take ownership,
matters are now in hand with the Ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
