Great communication and efficient service

We worked with Sam on our recent purchase. The seller moved our completion date forward and Sam worked efficiently with continuous clear communication to get the purchase over the line on the requested date. This was the best experience we’ve had with a solicitor.

Exceptional Service

Kathryn O'Rourke and her team provided a highly efficient, prompt and proactive service from start to finish. In my experience the best solicitor I have instructed for this type of work - we are extremely impressed and I will continue to use Glaisyers moving forward.

Selling the property after Glaisyers have dealt with the purchase you!

Glaisyers did the conveyancing to purchase my property. Ten years later when trying to sell the property
and paying leasehold charges for the duration, I discovered the property should have been freehold!! This only came to light after I was nearly £10,000 out of pocket trying to get a leasehold extension. And now, I have just discovered that an error has been made with the area of the property with the Land Registry and further costs will be due. I approached them with my initial complaint and they dismissed it completely, Ross or any of the management would not take ownership,
matters are now in hand with the Ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

My company required assistance and Glaisyers were quick to respond to our approach. Michael was assigned our case and reached out almost immediately. His service throughout has been professional and hugely reassuring. We would not hesitate to recommend Glaisyers or Michael.

House purchase

There was a slight hiccup with the trainee solicitor at the beginning, however Sam Gill was fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He kept in contact, was extremely efficient and explained everything to me in good detail with honesty!

Unresponsive by a Head of Department

After meeting with the Head of the Corporate Team and signing their terms, I was ignored for over two weeks even though I called and wrote on a few occasions. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional.
