Horrendous. Gateley have directly cost me thousands of pounds. By not registering my self as the owner of my house with HM Land Registry, the one job I paid them to do, and assuring me it had been done properly, I am now incurring thousands of pounds of loss as I cannot remortgage my property. Can’t remember the last time I left a review, but given how bad Gateley have managed to me over, felt it was necessary.

Thea has been my first point of contact throughout a most trying time, her control and management of our actions has been in my opinion at all times intelligent and thorough. To describe Thea’s performance as efficient and/or professional would not begin to tell the story because as a client involved in these types of proceedings you need so much more and it is there that Thea delivered.

We were first time buyers and Alison was the greatest asset we had throughout the entire process. Not only extremely detail orientated, but one of the nicest people you could ever talk to. It was always a joy to catch up with her. There was absolutely no stress with our home purchase because everything was so well taken care of. If anyone is about to buy a home and needs a solicitor, Alison will be the first person we mention.

As a first-time (solo) buyer, I can't rate Alison and Amy high enough for the service they provided. They both made the conveyancing process feel much less overwhelming than I had anticipated. Alison and Amy both acted with great professionalism and efficiency, responding very promptly to any queries I raised over email. I would highly recommend Gateley Legal to any first-time buyers!!
